Alhaji Abdullahi Minkailla ,who was on ground for the supervision of the just concluded presidential and national assembly elections last Saturday and his family members were rushed to the hospital in the early hours of today before they all gave up the ghost.Eye witnesses in the area described the incident as being mysterious.
The incident was confirmed by the spoke man of INEC ,Mallam Garba.
