Nollywood
actress, Toyin Aimakhu has debunked rumors making the rounds that she’s engaged
again.
The actress
took to Instagram, cautioning people not to be deceived by what they see on
social media.
She wrote, “Just
like yesterday, someone said the 'fashion ring' I had on was 'diamond' because
it glitters on IG. Everything that glitters is not gold. Don't be deceived by
social media. It's much deeper than that. Real life does not start and end
here. Real life happens outside of here. Be real and follow your dream.”
Recall that
the actress got married to her estranged husband, Actor Adeniyi Johnson in 2013
but the union couldn’t stand the test of time after Adeniyi was reportedly
caught cheating which led to the actress filling for divorce in 2015.
However,
both actors are still legally married two years after their marriage packed up
on the ground of infidelity, as Adeniyi according to reports has refused to
sign their divorce documents even after Toyin’s lawyer have repeatedly called
him to put ink to paper in order to finalise the divorce.
